My Story...
Alynzia's very first job was working as a banquet server for weddings - a job she deeply enjoyed and continued for 13 years (even picking up shifts on the side while working other full-time positions). What kept her coming back? Aly believes it's a privilege to participate in a couple's first day as husband and wife, helping them feel loved, supported, and a sense of peace in the busyness of one of the most important days of their life. With a background in narrative filmmaking, creative writing, and graphic design, Aly's multi-faceted eye for creative storytelling makes her perfectly suited for her career as a wedding filmmaker! She especially loves capturing the small details (holding hands, candid expressions, flower bouquets, and table decor) and adding cinematic touches like vintage-style footage and focus pulls.
Besides being a wedding filmmaker, Aly also works in youth ministry as a program manager for a nonprofit. She loves reading, hammocking, singing on her church's worship team, and spending time with her dog, Rori!
